- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons store-bought or homemade chili oil
In a small bowl, stir the soy sauce, vinegar and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Add ginger and chili oil.
