  • In small saucepan, bring first 4 ingredients to simmer over medium. Add chocolate; whisk until melted. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Using teaspoon measure, scoop 24 mounds of truffle mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill until firm, about 30 minutes. Roll into balls; roll in coatings. Serve chilled.
