Ginger-Balsamic Triple-Berry Topping

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 angel food cake
Preparation
In skillet, mash 1 cup blueberries with sugar and ginger. Simmer, stirring, 2 minutes. Transfer to bowl; mix in remaining berries and vinegar. Serve with cake.
