- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon grated garlic
- 1/4 cup panko
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning, plus more for sprinkling
- 4 ears corn, grilled
In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium-high. Add the garlic; cook, stirring often, until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Add the panko and cook, stirring often, until golden, 3 to 4 minutes; stir in the parsley.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and 1/2 tsp. Old Bay; brush on the warm corn. Top with the panko mixture; sprinkle with more Old Bay.
