With so many fresh juices and herbs, this cocktail is healthy, right?
In a small saucepan, heat the pineapple juice and sugar over medium, stirring, just until the sugar dissolves. Let cool for about 30 minutes. Transfer to a large pitcher. Cover and refrigerate until cold, about 45 minutes. (The syrup can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.)
Stir the tequila and Green Chartreuse into the pitcher. (If not serving right away, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.)
Stir the cocktail. Add the club soda and half the herbs. Fill the pitcher with ice and stir gently until the outside of the pitcher is cold. Pour into wineglasses filled with ice. Garnish each drink with the remaining herbs.
