- Makes ten 2 1/2-oz. popsServings
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. lime zest plus 1 3/4 cups juice (from about 9 limes)
3 tbsp. tequila
2 tbsp. orange-flavored liqueur (such as Cointreau)
Flaky salt, for sprinkling
In small saucepan, stir sugar and 1 cup water over medium-high until sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add 2 tbsp. lime zest, the lime juice, tequila, and liqueur. Pour into ice pop molds; insert sticks. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours. Unmold pops; sprinkle with remaining lime zest and flaky salt.
