Frozen Mango Lassi Bowl with Berries & Black Pepper

The classic Indian yogurt drink gets the smoothie-bowl treatment courtesy of frozen mango.

Servings: Makes 3 1/2 cups


  • 16 oz. frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. agave syrup, plus more for garnish
  • Fresh berries, torn mint, and coarsely ground pepper, for garnish


In blender, puree first 4 ingredients and 2 tbsp. agave until smooth. Divide among bowls. Top with berries, mint, and pepper. Drizzle with agave syrup; serve immediately.
