Frisée Salad with Goat Cheese & Plums

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. EVOO
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. lemon zest, plus 4 1/2 tsp. juice
- 6 cups torn frisée
- 2 plums, cut into thin wedges
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Preparation
In large bowl, whisk EVOO, honey, and zest and juice; season. Toss with remaining ingredients.
