Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. EVOO
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest, plus 4 1/2 tsp. juice
  • 6 cups torn frisée
  • 2 plums, cut into thin wedges
  • 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Preparation

In large bowl, whisk EVOO, honey, and zest and juice; season. Toss with remaining ingredients.
