Fresh Fava Beans with Cheese

- 3 cups shelled, blanched and peeled fresh fava beans
- 5 ounces pecorino-romano cut into small cubes
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- EVOO
Preparation
Toss fava beans and cheese cubes with lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then drizzle with EVOO.
