  • 1 fresh red chile, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup coarse salt


Pulse in food processor until well incorporated. Store refrigerated, or spread evenly on baking sheet, dry overnight and store at room temp. Sprinkle on shrimp before grilling, or on fresh pineapple slices for a snack.
