Ingredients

  • 1 5 ounce can oil-packed tuna
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup green beans, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 10 black olives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 small baguette, halved and split

Preparation

Drain oil from tuna into bowl; whisk in vinegar. Stir in next 5 ingredients and tuna; season. Divide between baguettes.
