Start to Finish: 20 minutes
12 oz. asparagus, trimmed
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh mint leaves, chopped
At the Campsite
1. Build a campfire; set a grill grate on top. Layer two 18-inch square sheets of heavy-duty foil. Arrange the asparagus in the center. Dot with the butter. Top with the mint; season with salt. Lift 2 opposite ends of the foil and fold twice to seal the top. Fold each end twice to seal the packet.
2. Transfer the packets to the grill grate. Grill until the asparagus is crisp-tender, about 10 minutes. Open the packets very carefully. (They will release hot steam.)
