- 8 ounces Brie round, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons fig preserves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons roasted pistachios, chopped
- Pinch ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Apples, sliced, for serving
Top an Brie round with a mix of fig preserves, pistachios and cinnamon. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees until Brie begins to ooze, 7 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a platter and drizzle with honey. Serve with sliced apples.
