Fig & Brie Puffs

These puff pastry bites deliver a ton of flavor in just five ingredients!

Servings: Makes about 32 puffs


  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry (from one 17.3-oz. box), thawed and cut into 2-inch rounds

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • 8-oz. round of Brie, at room temperature

  • 1 cup fig jam, warmed

  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary


On 2 baking sheets, brush pastry rounds with oil. Bake at 425° until golden, about 10 minutes. Slice off top rind of Brie; spoon creamy cheese on pastry rounds. Top with jam. Sprinkle with rosemary. Serve immediately.
