Fajitas on a Stick

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • tortillas
  • lime wedges
  • sour cream
  • salsa
  • guacamole

Preparation

In bowl, rub steak with spices. Skewer with onion; season. In oiled grill pan, cook over medium-high, turning occasionally, 10 minutes. Serve with remaining ingredients.
