- 6 English muffins, split and toasted
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/3 cup jam
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, plus more for dusting
Using 1-inch cookie cutter, cut circles in muffin tops. Spread cream cheese, then jam on bottoms; add tops. In bowl, whisk 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tbsp. water; drizzle over muffins. Dust with sugar.
