Ingredients

  • Asparagus
  • Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • EVOO
  • Fresh lemon juicee
  • Fresh dill, chopped

Preparation

Roast asparagus spears, then cut on an angle into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Toss with chopped hard-boiled egg, EVOO, fresh lemon juice and chopped fresh dill.
