  • Mayonnaise
  • Chopped scallions
  • Wasabi powder

Coarsely mash cooked edamame with hard-boiled egg yolks and mayonnaise. Season with chopped scallions, wasabi powder and salt. Spoon the mixture into hard-boiled egg white halves and garnish with more chopped scallions.
