Easy Hummus

You only need a handful of pantry staples to make this smooth, slightly nutty hummus dip!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (about 15 oz.) chickpeas (rinsed)

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  • 1 small clove garlic

  • 3 to 4 tbsp. ice water

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil + more

  • Salt

Preparation

In a food processor, puree 1 can (about 15 oz.) chickpeas (rinsed), 1/4 cup tahini, 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 1 small clove garlic, and 3 to 4 tbsp. ice water until smooth. With the machine running, drizzle in 2 tbsp. olive oil. Season with salt. Transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil.
