Ingredients
- 2 cups self-rising cake flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Preparation
Mix flour and cream until just combined. On floured surface, pat into 1/2-inch-thick rectangle. Fold in half; pat out again. Pat and fold 3 more times. Pat to 1/3 inch; cut with 2 1/2-inch cutter. Place in greased 8-inch pan; brush with butter. Bake at 450 degrees until golden, 15 minutes.
