Easy Brunswick Stew

Ingredients
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons EVOO
- 2 cups Pulled Pork
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) each frozen corn, baby lima beans, sliced okra and peas-and-carrots combo, thawed
- 2 cups Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper
- 4 slices crusty bread
Preparation
In large dutch oven, cook onion in EVOO over medium heat until tender, 5 minutes. Add pork and cook 1 minute. Add thawed vegetables, tomato sauce and broth. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with bread.
