  • In large dutch oven, cook onion in EVOO over medium heat until tender, 5 minutes. Add pork and cook 1 minute. Add thawed vegetables, tomato sauce and broth. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with bread.
