- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest plus more for garnish
- Whipped cream
Boil heavy cream and sugar; remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice and 2 tsp. zest. Divide among 8 glasses; chill until set. Top with whipped cream and zest.
