Doubly Deviled Eggs

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into 12 goatee triangles and 24 horn triangles
  • Capers
  • Chives, snipped


Halve eggs lengthwise. In a bowl, mash the yolks, mayo and sriracha; spoon into the egg whites. Place goatees and horns in place. Use capers for eyes and snipped chives for eyebrows.
