Double Chocolate Fondue

  • 3 3 1/2 ounce bar milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • 3 3 1/2 ounce bar semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 48 marshmallows


Put the milk and semisweet chocolates and the heavy cream in a medium bowl set over a pot of simmering water. Stir the mixture until its melted and smooth. Pour the chocolate fondue into a microwavable bowl (for easy reheating) and serve. Place the marshmallows in another bowl, for dipping into the fondue.
