Curry Salt

Keep a jar of this flavor-packed blend in your spice cabinet. It’ll keep for 6 months, but it probably won’t last that long because you’ll be sprinkling it on everything: steamed veggies, popcorn, hard-boiled eggs, avocado toast….

Servings: Makes about 2 tbsp.


  • 1 tbsp. Madras curry powder

  • 1 tbsp. kosher salt

  • 3/4 tsp. shichimi togarashi (Japanese seven-spice blend)


In a small bowl, stir all the ingredients. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 months.
