- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice, plus 2 tsp. zest
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 pound chicken drumsticks
- Salt and pepper
Stir juice, zest and dill into butter; reserve half for serving. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cover and grill over medium heat, basting with dill butter, until cooked through, 25 minutes.
