Deviled Egg Toasts
To make your toasts Insta-worthy, put paprika in a fine-mesh sieve so you get a pretty, even dusting.

Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. whole-grain mustard
4 slices rustic bread, toasted
8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
6 cornichons, chopped
paprika and small sprigs of fresh dill, for garnish
Preparation
In bowl, whisk mayonnaise and mustard; season. Spread on toasts. Top with eggs and cornichons. Dust with paprika. Top with dill.
