Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 6 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Hot sauce
  • Paprika

Preparation

In a food processor, blend eggs, mayo, lemon juice, garlic and hot sauce to taste; season. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with raw veggies.
