- 1 1/4 ounces mezcal
- 1/2 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 ounce brown-sugar simple syrup
- 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces ginger beer
- Lime wedge
- Grapefruit wedge
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake first 4 ingredients until cold. Pour over ice in a highball glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime and grapefruit wedges.
