- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon EVOO
- A few large handfuls green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper
In a skillet, stir curry powder into EVOO over high. Add green beans and cook, stirring often, until crisp-tender and browned in spots, 4 to 5 minutes. Toss with lime juice. Season.
