- 9 frosted cupcakes
- Sprinkles and coconut for decorating
- 9 candy sticks, cut in half
- 9 yellow candies
- White frosting for affixing candies
Preparation
Decorate cupcakes with sprinkles and coconut flakes. Place each atop a spool of ribbon, double-stacking spools for the center cupcake. For candles, use candy sticks, topped by yellow candies affixed with a dab of frosting.
