Cuban Reuben

Admit it, your lunch is ready for a sandwich shake-up!
Cuban Reuben

  • 1 cup Russian dressing
  • 8 slices rye bread
  • 16 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 lb. sliced pastrami
  • 8 sandwich-size pickle slices
  • 1 cup store-bought coleslaw
  • 1/2 lb. sliced ham
  • 2 tbsp. butter


Spread 2 tbsp. dressing on one side of each bread slice. Divide next 5 ingredients among 4 bread slices and top with remaining bread. In large skillet, melt butter over medium. Cook sandwiches, pressing down with another heavy skillet, turning once,
until bread is golden and cheese melts, 2 minutes per side.
