Croque-Monsieur Fondue

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 8 ounces grated Gruyère
- 20 cornichons
- 5 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked then cut into 4 segments
- 1 small baguette, cubed
Preparation
In saucepan, melt butter over medium. Add flour and cook, whisking, 1 minute. Whisk in wine; bring to simmer. Whisk in Gruyère to melt; season. Skewer cornichons, bacon and bread for dipping.
