- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 pounds wingettes and drumettes
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
In bowl, toss first 3 ingredients with 1 tsp. each salt and pepper; toss in wings. Bake at 425 degrees on wire rack set inside rimmed baking sheet, turning once, until cooked, 30 minutes. Squeeze lemon over chicken; sprinkle with cilantro.
