Creamy Crab & Artichoke Bites

  • 1 cup drained canned artichoke hearts, chopped

  • 3/4 cup crème fraîche

  • 2 tsp. lemon zest plus 1 tbsp. juice

  • 8 oz. lump crabmeat

  • crackers, for serving

  • torn fresh basil, for garnish


In bowl, mix artichoke hearts, crème fraîche, and lemon zest and juice. Gently fold in crabmeat; season. Divide among crackers. Garnish with basil.
