Cranberry Granola

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup natural almonds, chopped
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Preparation
Toss oats, almonds, syrup, oil and cinnamon together. Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 325° until golden, 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool; stir in cranberries.
