Crab Cake Burgers

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 6 tbsp. jarred horseradish sauce
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 12 oz. crabmeat
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 egg
- 2 cups panko
- 6 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 potato burger buns
- Bibb lettuce and sliced red onions, for topping
Preparation
In small bowl, mix sour cream, 2 tbsp. horseradish sauce and chives. In medium bowl, mix next 3 ingredients and remaining horseradish sauce. Form into four 1/2-inch thick patties; coat in panko. In large skillet, fry in oil over medium heat until golden, 4 minutes per side. Build burgers with all ingredients.
