  • In small bowl, mix sour cream, 2 tbsp. horseradish sauce and chives. In medium bowl, mix next 3 ingredients and remaining horseradish sauce. Form into four 1/2-inch thick patties; coat in panko. In large skillet, fry in oil over medium heat until golden, 4 minutes per side. Build burgers with all ingredients.
