Cornmeal-Crusted Dippers

Ingredients
- 3/4 pound peeled shrimp
- Salt and pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/3 cup cocktail sauce
- 2 teaspoons horseradish sauce
Preparation
Season shrimp. Dip in egg; coat with cornmeal. Cook shrimp in hot oil until golden. Mix sauces and serve on side.
