Cornbread Croutons

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cubed day-old cornbread
  • 2 teaspoons minced parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil

Preparation

On foil-lined baking sheet, sprinkle cornbread with next 4 ingredients. Drizzle with oil, season and gently turn to coat. Bake at 400 degrees until golden, gently tossing halfway through, 10 minutes. Serve with 1 salads and soups.
