- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup almond or coconut flour
- 2 tbsp. honey
In a medium bowl, mix the coconut, flour, honey, and 2 tbsp. water. Using damp hands, roll the “dough” into 1-inch balls. Place on a wax paper-lined plate. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
