- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup frozen limeade concentrate
- 1 14 ounce can coconut milk
- 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted
- Lime zet
In medium pot, simmer sugar and 1 1/2 cups water. Off heat, whisk in limeade, then coconut milk. Freeze in 9-by-13-inch baking dish, stirring twice, 4 hours. Scrape with fork. Top with remaining ingredients.
