- 1 12 ounce bag semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 stick salted butter
- 1 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder, plus more for rolling
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips with butter over low. In a food processor, puree black beans with 1/2 cup cocoa powder and confectioners' sugar. Add the melted-chocolate mixture and process until smooth. Chill overnight. Roll into 1-inch balls; toss in cocoa powder.
