- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup clams, minced
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs, toasted
- Buttery crackers, such as Ritz, for serving
Mix cream cheese, clams, horseradish, parsley and Old Bay. Form into a ball; coat with breadcrumbs in butter. Wrap in plastic; refrigerate 2 hours. Serve with buttery crackers (such as Ritz).
