Sauté kohlrabi with apples, rosemary and cider until glazed in this wintry side recipe.
In skillet, cook butter over medium-high until lightly browned, 5 minutes. Add kohlrabi, cider, and stock. Bring to boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, until kohlrabi is almost tender, about 15 minutes. Add apple. Cook over medium-low, stirring often, until glazed, about 10 minutes. Stir in mustard; season. Garnish with rosemary.
