- 1 cup cream
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 8 oz package frozen churros, cooked according to package directions, or 24 cinnamon doughnut holes
In a medium saucepan, bring the cream, corn syrup and sugar to a boil. Remove from the heat. Add the chocolate and vanilla; let stand 1 minute, then whisk until smooth. Serve with churros or doughnut holes.
