- 7 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/3 cups chilled heavy cream
- 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 2 bananas, halved lengthwise, then cut crosswise
- 1/3 cup salted peanuts
- 4 maraschino cherries
Microwave chocolate and 1/2 cup cream on high until chocolate softens, 40 seconds; whisk in honey until smooth. Set aside 1/2 cup sauce for topping. Using electric mixer, whip 1/2 cup cream. Fold in remaining sauce to make mousse. Freeze until firm, 15 minutes. Whip remaining 1/3 cup cream; chill. Place 2 banana pieces in each of 4 shallow dishes. Top with mousse, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, peanuts and cherries.
