Chocolate-Macadamia Bites

  • 4 ounces chopped semisweet chocolate
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup chopped roasted and salted macadamia nuts, divided


In a small saucepan, melt chocolate in cream. Remove from the heat and stir in 1/4 cup macadamia nuts. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate until hard enough to scoop, 1 to 2 hours. Scoop up tablespoons of the chocolate mixture and roll into balls. Roll the balls in remaining macadamia nuts.
