Start to Finish: 10 minutes (plus resting)
Makes 28 chips
1 bar (3.5 oz.) semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
28 ridged potato chips
Crushed pretzels, chopped peanuts, or flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
In microwave-safe bowl, melt two-thirds of chocolate in microwave in 20-to 30-second bursts, stirring often. Whisk in remaining chocolate. Dip chips halfway in chocolate. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with pretzels, nuts, or sea salt. Let rest until set, 1 hour.
