- 2 finely chopped cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup EVOO
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- Salt to taste
