Chili-Cheese Popcorn

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon (packed) brown sugar
  • 1 cup finely grated Parmesan


Place popcorn kernels in large microwavable bowl; cover with paper plate. Microwave on high until kernels pop, 4 to 5 minutes. Toss with butter, then chili powder and brown sugar, and then cheese. Season with salt.
